Kotowskie is one of nineteen localities in the rural municipality of Ostrzeszów in the district of the same name in the Greater Poland Voivodeship in western Poland . From 1975 to 1998 it belonged to the former Kalisz Voivodeship , which was dissolved in 1999 as part of an administrative reform.
The national road DK 25 , which leads to the expressway S 8 near Breslau , runs through the village . While the area of the village in the west is characterized by agricultural arable land, it borders on a forest area in the east.
