The Kotzenbach is a left tributary of the Waldnaab in the Neustadt an der Waldnaab district .

River course

The Kotzenbach rises on the southern edge of Walpersreuth. It flows to the southwest, partially piped, along the foot of the Bühl and the height on its west side. To the west of the village of Kotzenbach , it swings west. From the right and north, the Kotzenbach takes on the Irlohbach. Then it flows along the southern edge of the village of Kotzenbach and joins the Waldnaab 600 m further west.

Tributaries

Apart from an unnamed brook from the left, the Kotzenbach only has the Irlohbach as its right tributary.
