Fuel code

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The fuel code of the Federal Motor Transport Authority forms a key for the energy source of vehicles. It thus provides a distinguishing feature in the classification of vehicles. It is also part of the registration certificate part 1 (vehicle registration) and can be found there in field P.3 fuel type or energy source.
