Šakiai District Court

The district court Šakiai ( lit.Sakių rajono apylinkės teismas , 'the district court of the Šakiai district ') was an Apylinkės teismas (district court) in southwest Lithuania , district Marijampolė until 2018 . There are four judges (a total of 4 judge posts; 2009). The address is Bažnyčios g. 6, Šakiai , LT-71120.

The court belonged to general jurisdiction (appellate body: Kaunas District Court ).

The predecessor of the court was the Soviet district court Šakiai.

Until 2003 there was a bailiff's office at the court with a few bailiffs .
