Cross in memory of the 1916–1919 war
The cross in memory of the war 1916-1919 ( Ro. Cruea Comemorative a Razboiului 1916-1919 ) was donated on July 8, 1918 by King Ferdinand I and was intended to be awarded to all Romanian participants in the World War . Similarly, were for example. Appearance
The award is a cross made of blackened bronze , with widening ends that are slightly tapered. Centrally, the surmounted by a crown mirrored cipher of the founder F (Ferdinand) and in the reverse two lines result in years 1916 / 1918 .
Carrying method
The award was worn on a soaked, seven times streaked blue-green ribbon on the left side of the chest.

By decree of October 27, 1939, it was determined that the eldest son of a deceased holder of the award was allowed to wear the cross with the TRADITIE clasp if he became an active officer in the Romanian armed forces.
