The Kreuzkirchener Bach is a four hundred meter long brook in the Straubing-Bogen district in Lower Bavaria , which is created south of Kreuzkirchen by the union of Hartberger Graben and Neulinger Graben and flows into the Menach . The Kreuzkirchner Bach flows exclusively in the area of the community Mitterfels. In documents from the Bavarian State Office for the Environment from 2012, this section of water is assigned to the Hartberger Graben.
history
In the measuring table sheets up to 1955, the section of water from the union of the two source ditches (Hartberger Graben and Neulinger Graben) to the confluence with the Menach is still clearly labeled as Kreuzkirchner B. With the 1967 edition, the lettering on the official map was obviously omitted due to a lack of space, as the newly created shooting range Bogen had to be displayed. In the list of brook and river areas of the Bavarian State Office for the Environment from 2012, the Hartberger Graben extends from the source over the mouth of the Neulinger Graben to the mouth of the Menach.
