Football career

In the club

Schnüll started her career with the women's team of MTSV Aerzen 04. She then moved to SV Hastenbeck, where she made her senior debut in 1995 at the age of 18 with Hastenbeck from 1947. At Hastenbeck , she was in the Lower Saxony League goal for four and a half years before moving to Baden-Württemberg for work in the spring of 2000. During this time she played for the women team of TSV Ludwigsburg in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg , before returning to the relegated state SV Hastenbeck in the summer of 2005. She played again for three years in Hameln and went back to TSV Ludwigsburg in summer 2008. Schnüll became a regular goalkeeper and top performer at Ludwigsburg, which brought her a contract with the 2nd Women's Bundesliga South team VfL Sindelfingen in the summer of 2010 . In Sindelfingen, however, she did not get a chance and played in her first season, only six games in the Regionalliga Süd for the reserves of VfL Sindelfingen. A season later she made her debut for the Sindelfingen first team, against 1. FC Saarbrücken, in the 2. Women's Bundesliga South. There followed three more appearances for the first team before they were back in the gate of the reserve. The 2012/13 season she played mainly in reserve before moving back to the Bundesliga team of VfL Sindelfingen for the 2013/14 season. On October 6, 2013, she finally made her Bundesliga debut for VfL Sindelfingen at the age of 36, when she came on for the injured goalkeeper Simone Holder in the 86th minute . Schnüll played seven games for VfL Sindelfingen in the women's Bundesliga before ending her career in the summer of 2014. After a year of abstinence, Schnüll celebrated her comeback in the state league, where she played as a goalkeeping coach at TSV Münchingen.
