The steam locomotive series KsOd IIIb3 was a freight train - steam locomotive series of the Kaschau-Oderberger Bahn (KsOd).

The locomotives of this series had slightly smaller dimensions than the series designated as IIIb1, IIIb2 and IIIb4 . Probably their performance was also a little lower. In contrast to the series IIIb1, IIIb2 and IIIb4 mentioned, they had Allan-Trick control. The 23 machines were built from 1873 to 1892 by Sigl in Wr. Neustadt delivered.

When the KsOd was nationalized in 1924, all 23 vehicles came to the Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD), which gave them the designation 313,601–623.
