ᠰᡳᠶᠠᠨ Kuwanceng Manju Beye Dasangga Siyan ) is a Chinese autonomous county of the Manchu in the province of Hebei . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Chengde . Kuancheng has an area of ​​1,933 km² and a population of around 230,000. Its main town is the large community of Kuancheng (宽 城镇).
