Kujau , in Polish Kujawy , is a place in Upper Silesia in the municipality of Klein Strehlitz in the Powiat Krapkowicki (Krappitz district) in the Opole Voivodeship .
In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration and was attached to the Silesian Voivodeship and renamed Kujawy on June 28, 1948 .
