kultuRRevolution - magazine for applied discourse theory (abbreviation: kRR) is a linguistic and social science journal for discourse research and discourse theory, which was founded by the professor of literary studies and discourse theory Jürgen Link and the literary scholar Ulla Link-Herr in 1982. The magazine has been published by Jürgen Link and the literary scholar Rolf Parr in collaboration with the discurswerkstatt bochum since 1994 .

The interdisciplinary contributions to discourse theory and discourse analysis include not only cultural typology , media analysis , political discourse and ideology analyzes , discourse analytical literature, but also applications of literary theory and cultural theory in the form of writing experiments, teaching materials and "partisan technology against discursive constraints". In addition to the discourse theory according to Michel Foucault and the interdiscourse theory Michel Pêcheux (1938–1983), own (inter) discourse analyzes are used. The journal also had a significant influence on the development of critical discourse analysis in German-speaking countries.
