Kulturreport was a bi-weekly cultural program that was broadcast on Das Erste from 1991 to 2006 .

The program was half an hour long and reported on current events in high and everyday culture. It was alternated by the NDR , MDR , BR and SFB and, from 1997, the ORB (later by the RBB ) with a uniform design, but depending on the broadcaster its own content concept. Depending on the broadcasting company producing, individual programs were moderated or unmoderated.

Originally, the time slot was on Sunday evening at 9:45 p.m., until the talk show Sabine Christiansen took over the slot in 1998 and the culture report was then broadcast.
