Kulykiwka ( Ukrainian Куликівка ; Russian Куликовка Kulikowka , Romanian Culiceni ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Chernivtsi with about 730 inhabitants (2001).

In the village first mentioned in writing on July 3, 1575 in a Moldovan document, there is the Church of the Intercession of the Virgin , a listed wooden church from the first half of the 19th century.

Kulykiwka is the only village in the district council of the same name in the south of Herza Rajon near the border between Romania and Ukraine . The village is located in the historical Herza area at an altitude of 387  m , 11 km southwest of the Herza Rajon center and 33 km southeast of the Chernivtsi Oblast center . The T-26-06 territorial road runs through the village .
