Kurt E. Koch

Kurt Emil Koch (born November 16, 1913 in Berghausen ; † January 25, 1987 ) was a German Protestant theologian and publicist . He was best known for his publications on the subject of occultism .

Life

After studying Protestant theology , Koch received his doctorate in theology from the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen . He became a pastor in the service of the Baden regional church . His tasks were mainly youth work and evangelism .

In addition, Koch worked as an evangelist in over 100 countries for years. In 1949 he founded a Bible and Scripture Mission with the aim of distributing the Bible and evangelistic scriptures worldwide free of charge. The mission still exists today as a registered association in Schwäbisch Gmünd - Lindach under the umbrella of KSB . In the following years his missionary and evangelistic travel service took him to over 100 countries with lectures at universities, seminaries, Bible schools and many churches on all continents. In addition, he was active as a journalist.

Writing and theology

The main topics of his work and books were: the personal life decision for Christ, pastoral care for occultly burdened people, education about enthusiastic movements, the different areas of awakening of the earth, the work of the Holy Spirit and the return of Jesus .

He published some of his books under the following pseudonyms : Klaus Becker, Carol Cornea, Peter Diestel, Kasimir Kucharski, Marc Marot, René Monod.

Koch was convinced of the existence of sorcery and saw good and bad forces on earth vying for supremacy.

Bible and Scripture Mission Dr. Kurt Koch eV

Koch founded a Bible and Scripture Mission in 1949 and has been a registered association since 1973. The aim is the free distribution of Christian literature.
