Kurt Martius (born July 24, 1903 in Mittweida ; † 1970 ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ). He was a member of the Reichstag from 1933 to 1945 .

Martius attended the middle first district school in Mittweida from 1910 to 1918 and then completed an apprenticeship as a bookbinder . He then worked as a businessman and authorized representative in his father's business. He became local group and district leader of the NSDAP in Mittweida and Gauinspector of the Gau leadership in Saxony .

Martius represented constituency 30 from November 1933 to 1936 and then constituency 6 ( Pomerania ) in the National Socialist Reichstag until the end of the Nazi state . In 1933 and 1934 he was city ​​councilor and head of the police in Mittweida. From 1934 to 1938 he was Gauamtsleiter of the office for local politics in Gau Pommern and from 1938 Gaupersonalamtsleiter. He was also head of the Gau main office and senior division manager of the NSDAP. He lived in Stettin , Henriettenstrasse 31. In 1969 he lived in Munich .
