Kurt Seelmann (born May 18, 1900 in Munich ; † August 11, 1987 in Taufkirchen / Bavaria) was a German educator , psychotherapist , educational advisor and representative of individual psychology .

Life

Seelmann was a teacher and rector of the situla school in Munich for 35 years . In 1921 he became a student and employee of Leonhard Seif - an Adler student - in the first psychotherapeutic educational counseling center in Munich. He worked as a lecturer and training analyst at the Munich Institute of the German Society for Individual Psychology. As director of the city ​​youth welfare office in Munich , he developed the "vacation excursion program". As an educational advisor, he had a lot of experience in dealing with difficult students.
