The Kusarakua (also: River Gaulette ) is a river on the coast in eastern Dominica in the Parish Saint David , in the Carib Territory .

geography

The Kusarakua rises on the eastern slope of a northern branch of the Morne La Source in the Carib Territory . The rivers Salibia River (NW) and Mahaut River (S) also arise in close proximity . The river runs steadily to the northeast and flows into the Atlantic in the area of La Riviere Gaulette . The river is about 2.2 km long. Shortly before its mouth, it still receives a flow through the small Ravine Butari ( ).

Its catchment area borders on the catchment areas of Pagua River , Salibia River and Ravine Benoit (N) as well as Mahaut River.
