Kwan Hi Lim
Kwan Hi Lim ( Korean alphabet : 임관희) (born July 11, 1922 in Maui , † December 22, 2008 in Honolulu ) was an American actor.
Life
Kwan Hi Lim was born an American of Korean descent. From 1953 he worked as a lawyer until he retired in 1990.
While he was flirting with some tourists in his forties, a casting director spotted him on the Hawaii Five-Zero series , in which he appeared in 26 episodes. His role as Lt. Yoshi Tanaka of the Honolulu Police Department in the Magnum series . Here he appeared in 27 episodes.
Lim never had any formal training during his acting career. After his role in Magnum, he worked occasionally as a judge on the Honolulu Family Court System.
