Kyzyl-Tuu (Kyrgyzstan: Кызыл-Туу, Кйзйлту) is a village in Atbaschy Raion in the Naryn Region of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia . The place name comes from the Soviet era and refers to the preservation of the " Red Banner Order " in the 1940s by the kolkhoz, which was then identical to the settlement .

It is 2325  m altitude on the north flank of the At-Bashi River - mountain range in the southern part of the Inner Tian Shan , between the mountain river Karakojun south flows past the km 1.5 in place, and about 1.5 km north past leading highway A365, which leads to the Chinese border at the Torugart Pass . From the A365 branches off in the neighboring town of Kara-Bulun (Kirg .: Кара-Булун) in the northeast, a road to Kysyl-Tuu and on to Kazibek (Kirg .: Казыбек) in the southwest.

The place is the administrative seat of the municipality Kara-Kojun (Kirg .: Кара-Коюн) and has 2076 inhabitants. The neighboring village of Kara-Bulun, which is also part of the municipality, has 1731 inhabitants (January 1, 2015). The population lives from livestock farming ( sheep , horses , yaks ), with wool and meat as the main products.
