action

The story of Max Wanner and Fritz Pollatschek tells the story of Longer Life . If the doctors have their way, neither of them have more than three months to live. Wanner needs a new liver, Pollatschek a new heart. Only an organ transplant can save them now, but legal donor organs are rare. Star surgeon Dr. Egon Schöllkopf has the idea: whoever dies first, donates the organ to the other. A deadly friendship begins, which drives the two seniors into the clutches of the Mafia. Meanwhile, the younger generation not only struggles with the stubborn old people, but also with tricky relationships and messed up life goals.

Reviews

“One of them urgently needs a new liver, the other a new heart. Now both potential organ donors get to know each other. This idea is brilliant, and just how Mathias Gnädinger and Nikolaus Paryla play the two types is reason enough to watch Lorenz Keiser's comedy film "

"Amusing comedy with a lot of charm, heart and black humor"

"Outsiders with potential for autumn surprises"
