Lénora Guion-Firmin gained her first international experience at the 2009 Junior European Championships in Belgrade , where she won the bronze medal with the French 4 x 400 meter relay. In 2012 she won the silver medal with the relay at the European Championships in Helsinki . In 2013 she became European champion over 400 meters at the U23 European Championships, won the silver medal over 200 meters and bronze with the French relay. At the World Championships in Moscow she originally took fourth place with the relay, but in July 2017 the originally victorious relay from Russia was disqualified and the team from France was awarded the bronze medal. In 2014 and 2015, she took fourth place with the French at the IAAF World Relays in the Bahamas .
So far she has been a French champion.
