La Fouine (2011)

La Fouine (born December 25, 1981 in Trappes ; real name Laouni Mouhid ) is a French rapper of Moroccan origin.

La Fouine signed a contract with Sony Records in 2003 .

biography

Born in Trappes in a Moroccan family with seven children, Laouni grew up in a suburb of Paris in the Yvelines department . At the age of eight he came to the Trappes Conservatory and received music lessons there, with the guitar as his first instrument. In 1992 he and his brother became interested in rap . Inspired by NTM , Kerry James, Mobb Deep and also Snoop Dogg , he soon began to write and record pieces, which soon earned him the attention of other rappers and lovers of this music genre and made it possible for him to perform through the small halls of the district pull. La Fouine, who called himself "Forcené" at the time, became an active member of the "GSP" collective and was part of the short-lived group "FORS" with DJ RV (Hervé) and Le Griffon (Tarek Medimegh), which was founded specifically to participate in the To take part in competition 2 R puissance ART in La Verrière, where it won the second prize. He left school at the age of fifteen to devote himself entirely to rap. In 2009 he took on a role in the film Ghettogangz 2 - Ultimatum (Orig .: Banlieue 13 - Ultimatum ).

Mohid was married and has a daughter (* 2002).
