La Haute-Côte-Nord is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Côte-Nord and consists of nine subordinate administrative units (a city, seven municipalities and an area not belonging to a municipality). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Les Escoumins . The population is 11,555 and the area is 12,430.90 km², which corresponds to a population density of 0.9 inhabitants per km².
