La Rivière-du-Nord is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Laurentides and consists of five subordinate administrative units (three cities and two municipalities). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1983. The main town is Saint-Jérôme . The population is 115,098 and the area is 448.3 km², which corresponds to a population density of 256.7 inhabitants per km².
