Les Pays-d'en-Haut is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Laurentides and consists of ten subordinate administrative units (four cities, five municipalities and one district). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1983. The main town is Sainte-Adèle . The population is 39,578 and the area 680.3 km², which corresponds to a population density of 58.2 inhabitants per km².
