Labastide-Dénat ( Occitan : La Bastida de Denat ) is a commune déléguée in the French commune of Puygouzon with 446 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department and in the Albi arrondissement in southern France . The inhabitants are called Bastidois .
