Lahcen Majdi (born November 3, 1970 in Casablanca , Morocco ) is a French wheelchair tennis player .

Career

Lahcen Majdi started wheelchair tennis at the age of 25 and started in the paraplegic class .

He participated in two Paralympic Games . In 2004 he reached the eighth finals in Athens in which he was defeated by Robin Ammerlaan . In the doubles competition he won the silver medal with Michaël Jeremiasz after they lost in the final against Shingo Kunieda and Satoshi Saida . In 2008 he was eliminated in Beijing in the second round of the singles competition, in doubles he failed with Nicolas Peifer in the first round.

In the world rankings, he achieved his best placings with eleventh place in singles on November 27, 2006 and ninth place in doubles on April 4, 2005.
