Country patron
As a patron in the tradition which is the Roman Catholic Church a saint called, in an Austrian as State patron saint was proclaimed. The holiday of the respective patron is often a day off from school, but not a general holiday.

With the public holiday on September 28, Wenceslaus of Bohemia is also considered the patron saint of Bohemia .
