The Landhaus Tack is located in Bremen , Schwachhausen district, Radio Bremen district, Schwachhauser Heerstraße 337. The house was built in 1907 according to plans by Hugo Wagner . It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1994 .

history

The two-storey, rectangular, plastered gable house with the mansard roof and the semicircular bay window as well as the side gable risalit was built in 1907 at the turn of the century in the country house style or reform style for the Senate Secretary and later Bremen State Councilor Dr. Johannes Tack built.
The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of Landhaus Herbst .

The Bücking house in Schwachhausen was designed by the architect Wagner . He designed in Bremen a. a. the water tower (Walle) and the Kaffee-HAG-Werk I

Today (2018) the house is used for apartments.
