Landorf is a district of the municipality of Stallwang in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen .

The village is located between Stallwang and Konzell , two kilometers from the main town of Stallwang, on state road 2326 north of the Kandelbach .

Landorf forms a closed district . This covers the area of ​​the former municipality of Landorf, which was incorporated into Stallwang in 1972.

Ecclesiastically, Landorf belongs to the Catholic parish of St. Michael in Stallwang.

history

In 1961, the former municipality comprised the hamlets of Haidhof , Ried , Untermannbach and Utzmannsdorf and the desert areas of Großfeld , Heubelwies , Höhenstein , Kammersdorf , Königseck , Oberkinsach , Penzhaus , Piehl , Piehlmühl and Steinbühl on an area of ​​over 807 hectares next to the main town of Landorf . Grünleiten and Stubenhof were originally part of the Landorf community, but have been part of the Stallwang community since 1946. On January 1, 1977, the community was dissolved and almost completely incorporated into Stallwang. The hamlet of Ichenberg came to Konzell.
