Regional Association Weser-Hunte
The Landschaftsverband Weser-Hunte is a registered association in Lower Saxony with offices in Diepholz and Nienburg / Weser .
It is one of the regional associations in Lower Saxony and was founded in 1990. His sphere of activity includes the districts of Nienburg and Diepholz and thus the main part of the former counties of Diepholz and Hoya . This is also reflected in the participation of the Hoya-Diepholz landscape , which is also involved in the landscape fire fund.
tasks
Like the other landscapes and landscape associations in Lower Saxony, the regional association Weser-Hunte has mainly cultural-political tasks. It has the legal form of a registered association and, on behalf of its regional authorities and the State of Lower Saxony , performs central municipal and decentralized governmental tasks in the fields of culture , science and education and operates appropriate facilities for this purpose.
