Regional Association of South Lower Saxony
The Landschaftsverband Südniedersachsen is a registered association in Lower Saxony and was founded in 1989.
It is one of the regional associations in Lower Saxony . His area of activity includes the districts of Northeim , Göttingen and Holzminden as well as the cities of Seesen and Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the district of Goslar and the city of Alfeld in the district of Hildesheim . The association is based in Göttingen .
tasks
The landscape association promotes and develops cultural life in southern Lower Saxony through services such as advice on planning cultural projects, the award of grants and its own projects. Since 2016 he has also been in charge of the Museumsverbund Südniedersachsen e. V., which was dissolved at the end of 2015.
