course

The Langenaubach starts at approx. 641  m above sea level. NHN a little southwest of Geroldsgrün . The stream runs consistently to the west and almost from the beginning through the community-free Geroldsgrüner forest . The only place on its course is the Geroldsgrüner Langenau , a single property in one of several small community exclaves on the creek. Then the valley floor opens up into a meadow. The brook changes over the border of the district of Hof into the district of Coburg and continues to cross the eastern part of the Steinwiesen market in a forest area . A few meters after crossing the municipal boundary to Markt Nordhalben , it flows southwest of the hamlet of Ködelberg on the opposite ridge and a little before the Mauthaus train station from the left and at about 399  m above sea level. NHN in the Rodach .
