Langenreichen is a parish village, a district and a district of the market Meitingen in the Swabian district of Augsburg in Bavaria ( Germany ).
The parish village and the two hamlets Langenreichermühle and Zeisenried belong to the district .

history

Until the regional reform in Bavaria on July 1, 1972, the independent municipality of Langenreichen with its districts belonged to the district of Wertingen and was then added to the district of Augsburg-West (from May 1, 1973 district of Augsburg ). On May 1, 1978, it was incorporated into Meitingen.

The Catholic parish of St. Nicholas in Langenreichen belongs to the Meitingen parish community in the dean's office in Augsburg-Land in the diocese of Augsburg .
