Lapajiwka ( Ukrainian Лапаївка ; Russian Лапаевка Lapajewka , Polish Łapajówka ) is a village in Lviv Oblast in western Ukraine with about 2900 inhabitants (2001).
Lapajiwka is the administrative center of the 1.85 km² district council of the same name in the northwest of Pustomyty district , to which the village of Cholodnowidka ( Холодновідка , ⊙ ) with about 900 inhabitants belongs.
The village is located in eastern Galicia on the bank of the 16 km long Symna Voda , ( Зимна Вода , also Вишенька Wyschenka ), 16 km north of the Pustomyty district center and 10 km west of the Lviv oblast center .
The village is located at the intersection of the M 11 trunk road with the M 10 / E 40 and at the beginning of the N 13 national road (Ukraine) .
