Lars Kvant (born March 27, 1955 in Malmö ) is a former Swedish squash player .

Career

Lars Kvant was active as a squash player in the 1970s and 1980s, and in March 1982 he reached twelfth, his highest ranking in the world rankings.

With the Swedish national team he took part in the World Cup in 1976 , 1977 , 1979 , 1981 and 1983 . At European Championships he was with the national team in 1980 and 1983 European champions. From 1981 to 1983 Lars Kvant was three times in a row in the main field of the individual world championship. His best performance was reaching the round of 16 in 1981 and 1982 . Between 1977 and 1982 he was five times Swedish national champion .
