Latif Yalınlı (* 1906 in Istanbul ; † February 6, 1965 there ) was a Turkish football player . Due to his many years of work for Galatasaray Istanbul , he is associated with this association. Player career

society

Yalınlı began his football career with the Istanbul club Süleymaniye SK and played with this in the İstanbul Futbol Ligi (German Istanbul Football League ). This league replaced or united all previous Istanbul leagues in the summer of 1923 and ensured that all known Istanbul clubs played in the same league. Since there was no national professional league in Turkey at that time, regional leagues existed instead in metropolitan areas such as Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir , of which İstanbul Ligi (also called İstanbul Futbol Ligi) was considered the most renowned.

After he had been active for Suleymaniye until the summer of 1927, he moved to the reigning champions Galatasaray Istanbul for the 1927/28 season within the Istanbul Football League . At his new employer he immediately established himself as a regular player and formed a successful storm trio with the other two strikers Mehmet Leblebi and Kemal Faruki . With seven goals, which he scored in eight league games, he was the second most successful goalscorer of his club behind Leblebi in his first season for this club in the 1928/29 season . During this season he was also the Istanbul champion with his club. After he had awarded the championship in the 1929/30 season to arch rivals Fenerbahçe Istanbul with his club, he was able to win the championship again with his club in the 1930/31 season . Yalınlı scored ten goals in ten games this season, making him the club's second top scorer behind Faruki.

Yalınlı played for Galatasaray until the summer of 1933.
