The Laubach is a left tributary of the Rot . It rises about 2 km southeast of Steinhausen an der Rottum in the Weiche forest . Then your path leads in a flat and wooded valley towards the northeast. It also absorbs the water from the Weichegraben and Weiherreuegraben. The Laubach is dammed at the Weiherkopf hill and forms the Roter Weiher there . The nine hectare fish pond is the habitat of grass carp , black-headed gull , gray heron and reed warbler . From there the Laubach flows further north. Past the place of the same name Laubach and Dissenhausen . At Huggenlaubach it finally flows into the Rot . As far as Laubach, the stream has lush bank vegetation. The remaining part leads through fields and fields and has been straightened in many places.
