Lauren Lapkus
Lauren Lapkus (* 6. September 1985 in Evanston , Illinois ) is an American actress . After her engagements in the series Are You There, Chelsea? (2012) and Orange Is the New Black (2013 to 2014) she received a supporting role in Jurassic World in 2015 .
Life
Lapkus was born in the USA, she is of Lithuanian descent. She graduated from DePaul University in Chicago in 2008 . After living in New York for a year , she moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to begin an acting career.
She is best known for her roles as Dee Dee on NBC sitcom Are You There, Chelsea? and Susan Fischer on the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black . She also appeared on shows and series such as Jimmy Kimmel Live! , The Middle , Hot in Cleveland and @midnight .
In May 2014 she married actor Chris Alvarado, from whom she announced her divorce in February 2016. In October 2018 she married actor Mike Castle .
