Laurent Marie Bernard Dognin (born January 3, 1953 in Paris , France ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and Bishop of Quimper .

Life

Laurent Dognin received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Nanterre on June 15, 1980 .

On January 5, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Macriana in Mauretania and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Bordeaux . The Archbishop of Bordeaux, Jean-Pierre Cardinal Ricard , donated him episcopal ordination on February 27 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the bishop emeritus of Nanterre, François Favreau , and the bishop of Nanterre, Gérard Daucourt .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Quimper on May 20, 2015 . The inauguration took place on July 5th of the same year.
