Lawrence Joyce Kenney
Lawrence Joyce Kenney (born August 30, 1930 in New Rochelle , New York , USA ; † August 30, 1990 ) was auxiliary bishop in the US military ordinariate .
Life
Lawrence Joyce Kenney received on 2 June 1956, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On March 25, 1983 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Hólar and auxiliary bishop in the US Military Ordinariate. The Archbishop of New York , Cardinal Terence Cooke , ordained him episcopal on May 10 of the same year ; Co -consecrators were the US Military Bishop's coadjutor , Archbishop John Joseph Thomas Ryan , and the Bishop of Providence , Louis Edward Gelineau .
