Le Bouveret is a village at 387 m above sea level. M. in the municipality of Port-Valais in the Monthey district in the canton of Valais in Switzerland .
geography
The village is located on Lake Geneva , on the west side of the Rhone delta .
The municipality with its 800 inhabitants is a popular holiday destination thanks to the campsite and the two amusement parks.
The Passerelle des Grangettes leads over the Rhone Canal into the nature reserve Les Grangettes .
Attractions
The English-speaking college for hotel management, the Institute Hotelier «César Ritz» (or César Ritz Colleges Switzerland ) is based in Bouveret .
There is also the Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Benoît de Port-Valais on site .

- Swiss Vapeur Parc . Miniature railway park with sights of Switzerland in miniature.
- Museum The Mosimann Collection - A culinary heritage , on the grounds of the hotel management school César Ritz Colleges Switzerland , opened in June 2016.
