The Le Cime are a collection of a few small rocky peaks that form a free-standing peak on the plateau of the Prima Pala di San Lucano in the Pale di San Lucano , part of the Pala group in the Dolomites . They are located in the municipality of Taibon Agordino in the Italian province of Belluno , which belongs to the Italian region of Veneto .
Location and surroundings
The Le Cime initially fall in small rock faces or scree fields to the plateau of the Prima Pala, with the 2221 m high highest point in the southeast of which the Le Cime is connected by a saddle . In the north-west there is another saddle that leads to the Cime d 'Ambrusogn , which form a collection of peaks similar to that of Le Cime.
Ascent
Although the Pale di San Lucano is located in a mountain group that has not been developed, the Le Cime are easy to climb. From Cencenighe Agordino or Taibon Agordino, the Sentiero della Besausega , which is marked as path no.765, sometimes also as path 764, leads to the plateau of the Prima Pala, where the Bivacco Bedin bivouac box is also a place to stay. Now you can climb over the scree at the foot of Le Cime to the summit points.
