Le Haut-Saint-Laurent is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located in the administrative region of Montérégie and consists of 13 subordinate administrative units (one city, five municipalities, four cantonal municipalities and three districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Huntingdon . The population is 24,634 and the area is 1167.5 km², which corresponds to a population density of 21.1 inhabitants per km².

The Akwesasne Indian reservation is also located on the territory of the MRC Le Haut-Saint-Laurent , but it is managed autonomously and forms an enclave.

- Siegmund Humberg , also Sigmund (1887–1954), and his wife Selma, German Jewish refugees from Westmünsterland , have been farmers in Le Haut-Saint-Laurent since 1940. Successful escape to Canada, as well as two other sibling families, while three such families were murdered in the Holocaust .
