Le Haut-Richelieu is a regional county municipality ( French municipalités régionales de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Montérégie and consists of 14 subordinate administrative units (one city, eleven municipalities and two districts). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu . The population is 114,218 and the area 935.7 km², which corresponds to a population density of 122.1 inhabitants per km².
