Brome-Missisquoi is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Montérégie and consists of 21 subordinate administrative units (seven cities, ten municipalities, a cantonal municipality, two villages and a district). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Cowansville . The population is 55,185 and the area 1651.1 km², which corresponds to a population density of 33.4 inhabitants per km².
