Lee Choong-bok is a South Korean three -cushion carom player and Asian champion.
Career
Lee lives in the Korean carom stronghold of Seoul . He appeared on the international three-cushion stage for the first time in 2007 at the three-cushion World Cup and finished the tournament with a remarkable 7th place out of a total of 148 players. He won his first international title in 2011 in front of a home crowd. In the final he beat the 2014 world champion Choi Sung-won .
In November 2016, after Kang Dong-koong in the previous year, he won the LG Masters awarded by the LG Group . In the final he beat the Vietnamese Tran Quyet Chien 40:35. At around € 60,000, it is currently the highest prize money in the carom.
