Leesdorf is a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Baden in the Baden district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 658 building areas with 325,580 m² and 789 gardens on 597,965 m² in the cadastral community Leesdorf, in 1989/1990 there were 733 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 2,631 and in 2009/2010 there were 1208 buildings on 2955 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 551 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 0 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 440 hectares and 5 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 349 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 12 hectares. The average soil climate number of Leesdorf is 28.6 (as of 2010).
