The municipality of Lefkada ( Greek Δήμος Λευκάδας ) is a municipality established by the Greek administrative reform in 2010 , which was formed from the merger of five municipalities and rural communities and comprises the entire island of Lefkada with its minor islands and the larger part of the Tilevoides archipelago . The administrative seat is the city of Lefkada . Together with the municipality of Meganisi , it forms the Lefkada regional unit of the Ionian Islands .
