The Leibniz - High School is a comprehensive secondary school in Östringen in the district of Karlsruhe . It is one of the few schools in Baden-Württemberg that has been able to offer a nine-year course as an option since the 2013/14 school year.

The school offers a sports profile and a string class in the lower grades . In the intermediate level, the students have the option of choosing between the natural science profile (NWT), the language profile with a third foreign language and the sporting profile.
A robotics group has been offered for years now for grades 7 to 10 of the grammar school. When they took part in the First Lego League competition at the University of Mannheim for the first time, the students achieved fourth and fifth place. The high school was funded by the Hopp Foundation in the field of computer science with 37,800 euros for the period 2013/2014. Meanwhile, a robotics group is already being offered for the 5th grade.
From 1997 to 2000, the grammar school was instrumental in the publication of the magazine Monoid: Mathematikblatt für Mitdenker; involved a mathematical journal for students and teachers .
The Leibniz-Gymnasium has been cooperating with the "Wirtschaft macht Schule" project since 2006 with companies that change every year and the Karlsruhe Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
